We want you to always be satisfied with the services Cactusian provides you. Please carefully review this refund policy before completing any purchase with us. Refunds may not always be possible and mostly depend on what and when was purchased. All decisions are made at Cactusian’s sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Cactusian Super

To submit a refund request for your Cactusian Super subscription please contact us through our Support Center if you meet all of the following conditions:
  • The purchase was made in the last 7 days.
  • You can provide all the necessary information about the transaction.
  • You have good reasoning to request the refund.

iOS & iPadOS Purchases

Any purchases made through the Cactusian app available on the App Store from your iPhone or iPad have their refund process handled by Apple and the App Store. Learn more…

Robux Purchases

Cactusian does not provide any form of refunds for purchases made inside our games or on our stores using Robux on Roblox. We recommend contacting Roblox Support for additional information and assistance.

Cheese Vision & Snapshot

Game Access

Cactusian does not provide any form of refunds for purchases related to Cheese Vision access.

Snapshot Subscriptions

To submit a refund request for your Snapshot subscription please contact us through our Support Center if you meet all of the following conditions:
  • The purchase was made in the last 3 days.
  • You can provide all the necessary information about the transaction.
  • You have good reasoning to request the refund.

How to request a refund?

Visit Support Center

Head over to support.cactusian.com and navigate to the refund request category.

Provide Relevant Information

Complete the form by filling in all the relevant information of the transaction. If you fail to provide the necessary details, your request will be denied.

Wait for a Response

Cactusian will review your refund request and will respond as soon as possible. Our decision on all refund requests is final and binding.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet our criteria, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. No staff member, employee, representative, or agent of ours has the authority to override this policy.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is filed against a purchase, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account and access to all associated digital products, without notice or refund. We will also dispute and fight the chargeback and provide all relevant transaction records to the payment provider. Accounts terminated due to a chargeback will not be reinstated.
