Visit the Login page

Visit cactusian.com/login and enter the email address associated with your Cactusian account.

Verify your Email

An email will be sent to your address with a 6-digit code that you need to enter. If you don’t receive the code, check your spam folder and make sure you’re on the correct email account, look for any misspellings you might’ve made to your email when you entered it and lastly try to resend it.

You're good to go

You will be logged into your account.

If you forgot or lost access to the email address associated with your Cactusian account we recommend requesting assistance through our Support Center. You might have to eventually provide additional information in order for us to verify your identity, if we are unable to do so you may not regain access to your account.
